We take great pride in creating affordable-priced jewellery of the highest quality, which is why we are absolutely confident in our FREE 2-YEAR warranty. If, within 2-YEAR of your purchase, you discover any manufacturing defects, we will gladly provide you with a FREE replacement or repairment.
Notes:
- The warranty does not extend to encompass general wear and tear, damage resulting from unforeseen accidents, the mishandling of the product, disregard for proper care, or any unsuccessful attempts at repair.
- We can only replace the similar items subject to its availability. If the items were out of stock or stopped production, we can offer the customers other items in similar styles with similar price.
- The customers need to pay the 2-way shipping fees for the replacement/repair.
